Empyrean Brewing Company

Two 1900’s buildings on the Dairy House block will be the home for the enlarged Empyrean Brewing Company. In order to expand production, the existing brewery will be moved from the current Haymarket location to the Dairy House. The existing Dairy House buildings were originally used for ice production and lastly for milk bottling. The spaces will be returned to their 1900’s appearances. The brewery spaces will be adjoined by a large tasting room and the existing dock will be converted to an outdoor dining room. The roofs of the buildings will house photovoltaic solar panels that will provide a portion of the electrical needs.
