The Floss building is the first phase of a retail component that will complete the Fireworks Restaurant neighborhood development, located at 84th Street and Old Cheney Road. The use of stone piers defines the entry; sunshades and punched windows accents the individual patient suites. The office is tied to the campus' geothermal well field system that also supports Fireworks and an adjacent credit union.
