We are elated to announce that Chris Beardslee and Kate Kelly have joined Clark Architects Collaborative.
Together, we have worked a combined 35 years with Chris on projects such as St. Gregory the Great Seminary, Lazlo's Brewery and Grill Renovation, Whittier Junior High Renovation, St. Michael Catholic Church, St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, North American Martyrs Catholic Church, Christ the King Sisters Epiphany House, and Lincoln Southeast High School Addition and Indoor Air Quality Improvements.
Chris is passionate about his Catholic faith and the opportunity to work on projects of Catholic architecture. At home, he enjoys gardening with his family, bee keeping with his Dad, and the ongoing project of maintaining and improving the acreage where he lives with his wife and family.
Kate Kelly graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering. She is currently working towards her Master of Arts in Liturgy from The Liturgical Institute. Kate brings a wide range of knowledge and skills to Clark Architects, especially in theology, sacred art, classical architecture, and stained glass. She also has experience in construction management, having previously worked as an estimator.
